Brahim Ali Abakar

Brahim Ali Abakar is a research and development specialist, Local development – ​​Rural territories. He has over 11 years of monitoring, evaluation, learning and accountability experience with several international NGOs and UN agencies, including Médecins Sans Frontières, ACTED, Oxfam, Save the Children, Mercy Corps and IFAD, in Chad, Haiti , in France, Mauritania, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Kenya.

Mr. Soussia Vana Vatsou

Mr. Soussia Vana Vatsou is an economist, researcher and consultant with more than 6 years of experience in management, teaching, research and supervision of experts, within several private and parastatal institutions, notably the National Investment Agency and of Exports (ANIE), University of Chad. and the University of La Francophonie, EMI-KOUSSI, Toumaï, UAMI and National School of Hospitality and Tourism of N’DJAMENA. He worked in Chad and Cameroon.

Djounoumbi Emmanuel

Mr Djounoumbi Emmanuel – Social Expert and Sociologist/Anthropologist. He has more than 10 years of professional experience in social development, management, monitoring and evaluation of projects. Emmanuel has worked for several INGOs and UN Agencies including ACTED, International Rescue Committee, World Vision, FAO, UNDP, UNICEF, UNODC and International IDEA, in Chad, Cameroon, Guinea and Niger.
